"The way you move the fascia is magical"

"Your massage is like a dance"

"This is your gift"

I love helping the body rest, surrender, and make connections. Massage and bodywork done intuitively, thoughtfully, and with knowledge feels like an honor. I am blessed that so many people have trusted me, and continue to trust me with their bodies. I get to experience firsthand the beauty of tissues, the harmony of structures, and the pulse of the body systems.

my story

I started my massage career with the goal of wanting to help people in pain so I went straight into a chiropractic setting where I gained so much experience with chronic and acute pain, accident and injury clients, athletes, and the elderly. After 7 years of that I made a move I never thought I would into the spa world.

Pleasantly surprised, I gained so much insight into the ways massage sessions can be brought together into a beautiful ceremony of relaxation. Spending 5 years at an organic spa helped me grow into the person I am now. It's where I was introduced to Thai massage and I spent 6 years solely focused on studying that lineage of massage practice.

Since 2022 the growing pains of practicing a service for over a decade set in. Feeling lost in the massage world I began to explore other jobs - flower and goat farming, and floral design. I began to see myself as more than just a massage therapist. All this growth and being lost has humbled me deeply in my practice.

While I am enjoying the confidence that comes with being a seasoned therapist of 16 years; I am in a willing-to-learn exploration stage of my career, eager to see what next area of study excites me. I am currently obsessing over the nervous system, fascia, and the breath; while always being passionate about abdomen and foot health.
